I'm glad you like it. :) It was fun and inspired by my own friend whom we've had to nudge to being independent around her parents.

Oooooh! Yuki puts her foot (and attitude) down! The gauntlet is thrown, dear family...the gauntlet is thrown. XD

Good page, I like it. Especially the irony of the flowery wallpaper in the second-to-last frame!

Real life events make for such good fiction, especially in webcomics.

Yuki and Kaida were inspired directly by my former roommates (who are visiting me this week ^_^ ). They aren't exactly the same, but some RL events still sneak in.

Most of my real life is far too boring for fiction. XD This chapter hits closer to home, since it's about being unemployed, 30, and living with one's parents.

I think I have the exact opposite problem, Vickie. My life has WAY too much excitement and drama! Sometimes that's good, like with anything involving my kids (such as my youngest son doing well in band or my oldest son going to an after school club that's teaching him hiphop DJ skills or my nearly 2-year old daughter reaching new milestones).

But then there's the drama where I go to the Emergency Room or get admitted to the hospital or my wife's health issues flare up...I envy your "boredom" in times like those. :)

Heh. My drama is all in other people (and pets). I myself am quite boring but end up being support/cheerleader. It's an important role, but I have always felt like a side character in life. XD
